Terms of Service

1. Who operates Audifyd

John Paulsen, based in Norway and operating as Audifyd by Codinq, operates this service. Contact codinq@audifyd.codinq.xyz about these terms, your account, or content concerns. These terms cover the Audifyd website and its account features.

2. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Audifyd account. A higher minimum age or parent or guardian permission may be required where you live. Do not register if you do not meet the applicable requirements.

Audifyd is a music-review community with social features. Do not share your address, school, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in your profile or reviews. Report safety concerns to codinq@audifyd.codinq.xyz.

3. Your account

Provide accurate account details and use an email address you control. Keep your password and sign-in links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; tell us if you believe it has been compromised.

You can sign in using a password or connect Discord. Discord has its own terms and account requirements. Password recovery requires access to your account email.

4. Reviews and other content

You keep ownership of the reviews, descriptions, and profile images you submit. You give Audifyd permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, following your privacy settings. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Reviews should reflect your own opinions and experiences. Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, or someone else’s private information without permission.

You can edit or remove reviews and change your profile visibility. Making a profile public allows other people to see the sections you choose to share. Copies already made by other people may remain outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass security or rate limits, overload the service, or use automated activity that disrupts other users. Do not use Audifyd to infringe copyright or other rights.

We may restrict abusive activity or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Contact us if you believe a restriction or removal was made in error.

6. Music information and outside services

Music metadata and artwork may come from third-party music providers. Audifyd does not claim ownership of that material or affiliation with Spotify, Deezer, or Discord. Availability and accuracy can change.

Links to external services are governed by those services’ terms and privacy policies. Audifyd does not provide music downloads or grant rights to use music or artwork outside the service.

7. Availability and changes

Audifyd may change features, experience interruptions, or temporarily limit access for maintenance and security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of third-party information.

We may update these terms. The updated date will change, and material changes should be brought to users’ attention before they take effect where required. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Closing an account and contacting us

You can download your account data and permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion requires confirming account ownership. Email codinq@audifyd.codinq.xyz to report content or ask for help.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or complaints can be sent to the same contact address.
